Lisa Varga Photography.

Self portrait

Lisa Varga

I met Lisa at a young age, back when she was a popular cheerleader and I was a dorky preteen. She would come over to my cousin Holly's house and teach us both cheer routines. I must say, I thought she was pretty fucking rad.
My thoughts of her have not changed. What has changed is that she is no longer that high school cheerleader, but is now a successful photographer. Her work has been featured in Sandbox Magazine and The Uniter. Her work gets more, and more gorgeous everytime I see it. I would describe her photography as intimate and beautiful, as her shoots normally include close friends. I've had the chance to be in a shoot of her's with the same cousin who I'd learn cheerleading with. I haven't posted pictures of the shoot, for one reason - my hair was at an awkward growing stage.
How about another shoot, girl?

Girl Crush: Alison Mosshart

   Alison   Mosshart:
The Kills/
Dead Weather

When I think of this Floridian goddess, I think of effortless style. She's the master of the rolled-out-of-bed look, and her iconic perfectly messy black locks. She's a big fan of leopard prints, and faux-fur. You also never see her without her gorgeous worn-out vintage boots. I admire her for many things. For her contribution to the rock scene of today, and to fashion.

This chick inspires me plenty.

Intro.

Black T-Shirt: Joe Fresh
Striped Retro Pants: Ragpickers

Vintage Dress: Rewind(Minneapolis)

I have no intentions to try and make a flashy blog, I don't consider myself a "Lady Gaga" type. I simply love creating my own individual style, and admiring other's. Genuine style and self-expression matters to me. I think of this blog as me talking to myself, indulging in fashion. Whoever cares to listen, may.
Enjoy.
PS. My camera blows!
